The registry entry could be gone for it.
Run Regedt32 and go to HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Windows NT/Current
Version/Winlogon

Appsetup Key Usrlogon.cmd should be there as the first entry.

Subject: [THIN] Usrlogon.cmd

Hi folks,

Does anyone know what factors might cause the usrlogon.cmd file to no
longer run when launching seamless applications through citrix? I can
invoke the script manually; it just doesn't run at logon.

Any thoughts?

Details -
Win2000 TS, Metaframe XP SP2/FR2

Thanks,
-Brian
