[THIN] UsrLogon.cmd just hangs

Has anyone experienced the usrlogon.cmd dos window just hanging during
the logon process? All the sudden every time I launch a ICA session I
have to close out the CMD DOS window before the application will launch.
We are not running any scripts in the usrlogon.cmd other than what is
defaulted.
Any ideas?
