[THIN] Re: Using Symchk to download symbols

Yeah its just a pain to go through each SP and Hotfix to laod all the
symbols. That is why the symbols server is supposed to be the bomb. Only
it doesn't seem to work..

Aren't the symbols on the "Support" cd?  When we get our Select CDs,
there
are always two for each version of the OS, one of which is support.  It
has
symbols and a few other things on it.

This is my first time using MS's Symchk to get their symbols from their
symbols servers for a 2k SP3 machine. Of course the Symchk runs but
tells
me (for almost every file the following:
SYMCHK: ndproxy.sys          FAILED  - Image is split correctly, but
ndproxy.dbg is missing

Which tells me their site is not functioning right?. Comments Ideas. The
Sp2 cds I have no longer contain any symbol info..
