I am just wondering overall if the issue was simply running these PDF
writers in the past that was troublesome or was it specifically the
printing with PDF's causing all the headaches?

The free CutePDF Writer works on TS/Citrix. They do have a version
supported on TS/Citrix but it's part of the customizable bundle. I'm not
really sure what's different.

Try PDF995.. or CutePDF (I think they have one for TS now)
