Check the Terminal Server Configuration on the Terminal/Citrix server
itself. The licensing here must be set to Per User as well.

All,

A few months ago I had to reinstall my license server.  Ever since then,
users have to regedit and clear out the MSLicensing key on a re-occurring
basis.  Any ideas what causes this?  I've installed User based licenses,
but I see that TS Licensing is giving out temporary device licenses.

I'm running W2K3 MPS 4 SP1 servers and W2K3 (no SP) license servers.
