I have tried deleting all trace of the profile and that
works...sometimes

Also it was suggested on this newsgroup that I add to Group policy
"don't check for ownshipship of profile" which believe is working
because we haven't had an instance of this kind lately.

I agree too that if you want a quick fix that recreating the id with
another name works fastest.

The best suggestion one can give, Nicolai, my sentiments exactly -
advice of such quality as this is what distinguishes an experienced
administrator who prefers to get the job done rather than expecting
Windows or windows based products to have solutions for situations such
as these!

I personally would give her an userid that has never been used before

(if possible)

Her account had long been deleted so I recreated it with the same
userid. The issue I have is when I try to log on as her to the Citrix
server I get an "Unable to load profile - Access Denied" error message
and booted out. I can log on as her successfully on another Citrix
server she would never have ever logged on to.

on the Citrix server and on the server where all profiles are stored, to
no effect. I also searched the registry on the Citrix server for her
userid, and deleted a reference to it, also to no effect.
