If it happens again I will make sure to keep a copy of it.

Hi Jason,

What is the crash code in the Save Dump event in the
event viewer ?

My guess you need one of the hotfixes for win32k.sys.
If you let me know the crash code I can look it up for you.

I have started having a troubling event happen that I have not been able to
trace down he cause of.

For the 3rd time I have had a user BSOD our server. I do not know WHY this
is happened, but apparently when the user logs out (in most cases) the
server BSODs. This happens regardless of what client machine the user logs
in from. Deleting the affected profiles does not make a difference, however
modifying the username by a letter or 2 seems to solve the problem. I have
found no relation between the usernames so far.
It does not appear to be a printer issue as the users that have caused this
are using printers that have been on our system for some time.
The only lead I have is the length of the username. The usernames are either
close to or at the WindowsNT limit for username length.
Could this have an effect?
Any ideas?
We are running MF1.8Sp2 on NT4TSE sp6 with the post sp6 ICA hotfix.
