[THIN] User profile directory incomplete --- directories missing

Just installed a couple of new Citrix servers (MPS 3.0 on Windows 2000
SP4) and about half the users are missing the Desktop, Favorites, and
a couple other folders. If the users login another server, everything
is fine. Checked file permissions and it all looks good. Nothing in
event log.
Any ideas?
