Most printer errors will show up in the application log of your PS
server. Have you looked there? You may be able to update the drivers
needed or map her printer name (as it appears in the app log) to a
driver that is working.

Thank you,

Subject: [THIN] User hangs on logon

I have a single user that is continuously hangs on "Running login
scripts" Having researched this it appears to be related to a printer
issue and there are some hotfixes referenced. I am hesitant to install
a hotfix to address a problem for a single user however, especially
across almost a dozen servers.

To test I setup a policy that blocked all her printer and LPT mapping
and she is able to login now without getting hung. This seems to
confirm it is indeed a printer issue, but I would like to find someway
to correct her issue without modifying servers. Would it benefit to
wipe out her profiles from the servers and let them recreate? Or should
I simply wipe and recreate her username?
Our servers are running PS4 on W2k3. She has the latest 10.1 web client
on a Windows XP machine and the printer is a Dell Laser 1710
