I have had users surf the net, find a picture they like and then right
click on it, and select save as background/wallpaper. This may be the
ticket.

Subject: [THIN] User changed Wallpaper on Citrix

Hi all,

I have an interesting one, one of my new users has managed to change =3D
their Citrix wallpaper even though I have locked down all the display =3D
settings. I have asked him how he did it, and he said that he didn't =3D
know....hmmm. =3D20

Any ideas on how you can bypass the display settings to change the =3D
wallpaper. Users are not able to install software so know it is not a =3D
utility, possibly IE or Photo Editor?
