Thanks, but I found out that McAfee HBSS is what is causing our problem.
Currently working with McAfee to resolve this issue.

Have you renamed the users profile folder at all? If not, it might be
worthwhile trying to remove it from the profiles list in System and
seeing if it can be pulled down again (assuming you're roaming).
