[THIN] User Profile Question

It has been a while since my last post so I will refresh.
We are using Wyse 1200LEs using MS terminal services with 3 terminal
servers.
What I need to know is if there is a clear concise document telling how
to create and maintain
roaming profiles for users. Any information will be greatly appreciated.
