[THIN] User Profile Manager not Copying

We have the Citrix UPM installed, but at times it decides not to copy a users
profile to any number of citrix boxes because according to the logs:
"User has another session. Do not copy files from network to local profile."
Any ideas to WHAT session this refers? Surely the Citrix User Profile Manager
will copy down a users profile, even if they are logged into other citrix
sessions?
Appreciate any pointers or advice!
