[THIN] User List Reports in the License Manager Console

Have eventually got around to setting up reporting for the License
Management Console and all looks o.k. apart from the Users List
Report(ing). Have turned on debugging and whilst there are no errors in
the debug log it is also showing the same issue which is the user name
is being displayed as a 8 charecter hex number e.g.
The License Managemnt Console lists a user as
0088FB5E
and the debug log shows a corresponding entry as :
11:13:46 (CITRIX) OUT: "MPS_ENT_CCU" MPS@<FQDN of servername> 0088FB5E
Note that I've edited the <FQDN of servername> shown above and this is
showing correctly in the debug log.
License Management Console 1.8.1
License Manager Version 11.5.0.0 build 9018
