[THIN] User Access

G'day Ladies and gentlemen,
I have an issue with users trying to connect to a recently built test farm.
It is on VM Ware ESX/Windows 2003/MFPS 3.0 if I try to launch an
application with a regular user [part of the remote desktop group] it tells
me that my credentials are invalid.however, if I put that same user in the
admin group [windows act. dir.] then they are able to log-in without issue.
Obviously I don't want these users logging in as admins.so that is not a
feasible work around :-)
Any suggestions?
