Im about to upgrade to XP. However, i think i created a problem for myself
right off the bat. The server that i had reserved to be upgraded has the old
1.8 license on it, but, it has not been activated. The problem is, i had
already upgraded the license to an XP license through subscription
advantage. In reading through the upgrade procedure, it states that the
license must be active for the upgrade to be allowed. I remember seeing
during the process of upgrading the licenses, once upgraded, they could not
be "degraded" back to 1.8 licenses. Am i right thinking i messed up? Is
there a workaround or fix?
