The "universal" printer driver isn't really "universal"...it's only
universal for those printers that understand the PCL printer language. I'm
about 99.9999% certain that the Lexmark Z35 is an inkject printer which
won't understand PCL, so this driver will NOT work for you.
Unfortunately, I don't have any advice on which drivers will work...

Metaframe 1.8?
I am trying to get a Lexmark Z35 working our 1.8 servers and it does not
matter which driver I redirect to it does not work. It looks like the full
job is getting sent to the local queue but the printer does, what looks like
a reset, and then nothing. So I thought I would look into using the
Universal Printer driver. Has anyone got this working? DO you know of some
other setting that might get the Lexmark to work with some other driver?
I don't want to install the Lexmark drivers for 2 reasons. Lexmark does not
support on TS and I have heard a lot of bad things on this list about these
drivers.
Thanks for any suggestions. We are not looking at third party "solutions"
at this point.
