Have u tried to uninstall via the command line?
msiexec /x "APPGUID" /l*v c:\ctx_client_uninst.log
APPGUID = obtained from
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\
