Who says MPS4 isn't a simply a FR build :)

Hi,
I want to be able to deploy the latest MPS4 code as an MPS3 installation. In
previous releases there was an option in the 'Options' file of settings
FeatureRelease=No
As this doesn't appear to be documented, does anyone know what the switch is
to bring up a server in MPS3 mode using the MPS4 install?
