You need "PN_ENGINE,PN_AGENT" on your CTX_ADDLOCAL= entry and remove PN if
you do not want Program Neighborhood.

Thanks I'll give that a try. Do you happen to know what the switch would be
to install PN Agent instead of PN when installing MPS 4?

All the unattended.exe does is convert an .ini to a bunch of MSI switches
and launches the msi installer using those switches. I much prefer the
using MSI switches as I have more control (than the unattended.exe .ini
files)

I am using the unintended.exe method of installing MPS 4.0. Can someone tell
me how to get the PN agent installed instead of PN?

Any Ideas?

Thanks in advance.
