4 different users over the past 2 days have had an inability to open a .TIF attachment in Outlook. TIF's are associated with the MS Documet Image Viewer on the servers. They get a popup that reads: "Can't create file Fax.TIF. Right-click the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permission for the folder." Never checked to see if another attachment type would open, but my guess would be most likely not. The error comes up immediately after you double-click the attachment, like it's having a problem putting it in a temp location to then open. For now, the fix I am doing is to delete their profiles that remain on the Citrix servers after they are completely logged off all servers. There have been no software changes or hotfixes applied this week, so I'm not sure why it just started to happen. Any thoughts as to why, or how to fix it in any other fashion? These are users using PNAgent 9.0 and 9.1, Citrix PS4 on 2003 SP1.
