[THIN] Unable to kill hung process

Hello!

One our MFXP (Windows 2000) servers currently shows a load of 100%. It's
one winword.exe process who eats up all processor resources, and this
process belongs to a user who isn't logged in anymore! The session id of
this winword.exe process doesn't even show in the session list of CMC, and
I'm not able to kill it (neither with task manager nor with Sysinternal's
pskill) - there always appears an "Access denied" error.

How can a process without a session happen? Is there a possibility to get
rid of this process (other than rebooting the server)?

With kind regards,
