Is anything logged in the Application Log? It sounds like you'll need to
contact the tech support people of the people who developed the application,
since my search on that exception code reveals it to be an application
problem (something about increasing the size of the application's stack and
recompiling the program with range and stack overflow checking on).

Anyone? I really need to get this resolved, and I haven't received
much help from US Group/UltiPro, and Citrix didn't have much.

Every time a user tries to log in, the app will DR. Watson, and the
Exception Code is C0000025.

Any ideas?

Anyone use UltiPro, or know of a client that does? I just found out
that our support contract was terminated last month.

I've found out that the UltiPro client just Dr. Watson's the client
if the user is not part of the Power Users or Admins group to the
local TS. I don't want to give those rights to the users.

I have already used REGMON and FILEMON and didn't find anything that
would lead me to a resolution (i.e. Access Denied to a file).

Thanks,

Does anyone have UltiPro installed in a Windows 2000 Terminal Server
environment? We are having a problem when a user logs in (they have
local User rights) and launch the UltiPro application, the app Dr.
Watson's on them. If the user is an Administrator, it will launch
just fine. If the user is a Power User, it works just fine. I am
assuming it would be a registry permission problem with the app.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Thanks,
