[THIN] USERENV errors

Hi All,

W2K SP3 XPe FR3. Accept for the last three weeks, it's all caught up on
Windows Update. I am getting the error as desbribed below:
-----------------------------------------------
Type: Error
Source: Userenv
Event ID: 100
Description:
Windows cannot unload your registry class file. If you have a roaming
profile, your settings are not replicated. Contact your administrator.

DETAIL Access is denied, Build number ((2195)).
-----------------------------------------------

What's really odd is that I am the only person to log into this server. I
just built it. I get this all the time on another server and was building
this one to replace it. The other one has over 400 users so I figured the
error was coming from one of them. It may be multiple people since I can
go a few days without logging into the system, but multiple Userenv errors
show in the event log. I am the local admin on this box, Citrix admin,
and domain admin so rights should not be an issue.

I have seen articles (KB221833) on running a debug file on Userenv to see
what is causing the error. Is the expected outcome that I delete the
offending profile or am I supposed to delete some reg key?
