The Citrix Iris Project for MPS 4 will be able to do this in the future. Not yet though. If you have HP Openview you can do it: http://devresource.hp.com/drc/resources/probebuilder_intro/4.jsp I seem to recall Aurema Armtech for Citrix can record a lot of the citrix events.
