The Citrix Iris Project for MPS 4 will be able to do this in the future. Not
yet though. If you have HP Openview you can do it:

I seem to recall Aurema Armtech for Citrix can record a lot of the citrix
events. You could get a demo of it and see if it helps.

Is there any way I can record a citrix session for later playback ?
My user base is vast, and the users seem not to be able to tell us exactly what
they did before the crash happens.
Any help with this would be greatly recieved.
