[THIN] UPHClean and Windows 2003 R2

Hi
Does anyone know if UPHClean is still required on Windows 2003 R2 or is it
now builtin to the OS?. Im sure I read somewhere that UPHClean is no longer
required as of Windows 2003 SP1 - is this true?
If not, is anyone having any issues running the latest version (1.6d) of
UPHClean on Windows 2003 R2 servers?
