it is a MS utility.
this author is a MS employee.
I obtained it from them a couple days ago.

however, trying to locate it is a bit of a challenge because it is undocumented at MS.

Isn't UPHClean a microsoft Utility?



Am I wrong or is this just someone trying to get you to run his own binary
on our servers?
