Greg,
Do you have Sygate Security installed? The T5720's come by default with it 
installed.


If so, you may  need to create an allow rule for explorer.exe and spoolsv.exe

Anyone gotten the UPD to work with an HP T5720?  It is XPe with the latest
image from HP and the 10.1 client.

It works fine when i login as the admin but not as user.

feels like permissions somewhere butI am having no luck finding it.
