Did u also apply the reg key to disable the paging executive ? Q323608
(Although your system doesnt appear to be hanging.)
I have a few systems that appeared to freeze for a few seconds during
sessions.
Also im wondering whether your AV s/w is possibly causing an issue .
Have you been able to monitor the system when its being reported as being
slow ?
