[THIN] Trouble with Quickbooks Pro on Citrix

I installed QuickBooks Pro 2003 on a W2K, Citrix XP box.
Everytime a user double-click the icon, the splash screen appears for about 30
seconds then the program terminates without any errors. I cannot get QB to run.
I reinstalled it a few times.
Can anyone help with some suggestions?
