Pattern 566 was causing us problems...when rolled back to 564 the problem went
away. LOTS of event id 1000 and 2020's. Users just couldn't log on. Hoping
the just released 572 will be ok...

Not that I believe. 90% of our customers run Trend and we haven't heard boo
from any of them, although all that are running Win2K are on SP4. Have you
tried stopping the ServerProtect service?
