[THIN] Tremont Cart Replacement

We are using Tremont carts, these are basically wireless Wyse terminals with
flat panel LCD monitors & batteries. These carts are very expensive(Around
$13,000). I'm looking for something similar but cheaper. Does anyone know
of a device that would meet our needs in this respect? We've thought about
tablet devices, however they lack some items we're looking for.
