When training other administrators I started with the Citrix Training manuals. Next, I would cover 1-2 chapters a week from Brian Madden's book which we would discuss. Worked very well. Saw other administrators knowledge and understanding grow by leaps and bounds. I've done tons of Citrix training before, BUT, it's all been for users. Now I need to train other administrators. I have a real good idea of what I want to cover... But I would like some input so I don't leave out any crucial details. I need them to be able to support the Citrix infrastructure in the times when we are not available here in the US. Thanks!
