We run it, but don't use the notify technician feature. Most of the problems
encountered though were easily fixed with Regmon by seeing where in the
registry permission had to be loosened up.

Are any of you running Track-IT in Citrix? I'm unable to email
recipients and technicians from Track-IT and was wondering if anybody
else had this happen and figured out a solution.
