What does this signify?
We have been having major network issues at our site and when the network is
acting up, between the XML, IMA and the DLLHOST the CPU on our NFuse server
is pegged at 100% - will not take request, page time outs etc. But once the
network team squares away the network, about 15 minutes later, NFuse up and
running fine as if nothing happened and the CPU drops back down to normal.

What does the dllhost run?
