It looks like something else is binding to port 8080.

Have you tried unregistering and re-registering the
XML service on the server?

If your XML is running on 8080:

Unregister:  ctxxmlss /U
Re-register: ctxxmlss /R8080

If you are sharing with IIS (You say you are not),
then you need to stop IIS before you re-register and
start it back up afterwards.
