Hotfix available for this issue (occurs on Win2k SP4 / Win 2003)

We're on Thinprint 5.5, not 6. Whoops. Doesn't affect 6.0.

Hmm. Users where I can see (even working servers in our ASP/Colo) have
Read/List/Execute.

Likewise, the Citrix printers create just fine if I change their
environment settings.

Guess I'll have to do my own follow-up with Thinprint. Have still not
heard a word. I'm about to take Steve's suggestion and just reinstall if
they can't get it fixed by early morning.=3D20

I might also add that
users have +R+W+E permission to the following files and directory
%SystemRoot%\system32\spool
%SystemRoot%\system32\printer.inf

What if they are members of Print Operators.
If this is the case look into local computer policy...

To add to this,

I've found they can create if they are set as Domain Admins.

Has anyone experienced this, and know of a resolution?

Win2k SP4 (all patches), Thinprint 6.0 Server/Clients.
