[THIN] Thin client shell

Does anyone have experience with products like Thintop ( thintop.com )
Clam IT ( clam-it.com ) or Alcatraez from Wyse.

I was thinking this was a printer driver issue, and I'm not all too sure
if
it is. I stopped the Print Spooler service and had the user log in.
They
got the same error message upon logon. But, I will attempt to delete
all
printer drivers from the server and re-install them.
