[THIN] Thin Clients

For those of you our there that are running thin clients in the domain. 

Apparently Windows XP embedded doesn't take the group policy's like a
normal XP machine would. This is causing a group policy setting that
forces the screensaver to come up after 10 minutes and be password
protected to not occur. 

My question is has anyone else dealt with this and what did you do to
enforce password protected screen savers?
