PDA support?  Are you using TS or Citrix?  If TS what version?  We use W2K TS 
and would love to implement USB and PDA support.

The t5000 series (with XP embedded) support USB just fine.
 
USB mouse + keyboard leaves 2 free ports.
 
I've personally tested USB memory sticks and a USB floppy device, and we're 
supporting cameras, smart card readers and PDAs through the USB ports as well.

Take a look at the T series from HP, we use the t5500... USB support is going 
to be tuff....
