Subject: Need Some Printing Help
I have a client that I am helping set up a HP t5000 thin client to their
citrix environment, for some reason it will not map the printer that is
attached to the LPT1 port and set in the RDP section of the control
panel, it mapped once, but I deleted it to show their techs how to set
one up from scratch and it has not mapped again. This is the error I am
seeing in the event log.

Any Ideas? They have it setup to allow all printer in the exclusion
list, it seems that it cannot read the local printer driver for some
reason. I have one set up at my office at it works fine in my citrix
environment but I cannot get thiers to work.
