I have both here. I like the Neoware best.

I will be happy to answer any questions you have. It all comes down to ease of
deployment, management, and reliability.

You can set a dhcp tag which is a path to a location for installing config
files. When the units boot, they check this location for configurations and
flash changes. Works really well. Their management software is very powerful
and you don't have to pay extra for it. The terminals have built in VNC so you
can shadow straight to the terminal without opening the management software
(unless you want to). You can also upgrade from Linux to ce etc if you needs
change.

One of my favorite features is that they use a standard power cord. No power
bricks or wall warts. That seems like a small thing but it really makes life
easier.

We are a Wyse shop with a large number of 3320/3360s (around 270), and will
be evaluating the Wyse 9450xe terminals shortly. I am also interested in
looking at Neoware as alternative option as I buy additional terminals.

If you are familiar with both Wyse and Neoware, I'd like to hear about your
opinions of each and does Neoware warrant a hard look at possibly switching
over my terminal standards, as well as management software, from my current
Wyse deployment? Thanks!

What's keeping you from getting more from your terminal servers? Did you
know, in most cases, CPU Utilization IS NOT the single biggest
constraint to scaling up?! Get this free white paper to understand the
real constraints & how to overcome them. SAVE MONEY by scaling-up rather
than buying more servers.
