Hello to all :-) We have been seeing a very strange issue with the thin clients by NeoWare. The device would give an "I/O Error" right before it should give the Windows logon screen. If you click to x out of the "I/O Error" it loops and gives the error again. If you turn the box off for about ten seconds and on again you have a 1 in 5 chance of it working. I called NeoWare tech support and thay had no idea of such an error. I asked for the latest firmware upgrade to bring the ICA client to '6.2 build 995' from '6.2 build 985'. After the firmware burn I still get this error. The NeoWare tech told me to try and only use TCP (not TCP+HTTP) browsing to see if that would help. I did, it didn't :-( Any ideas?
