[THIN] Thin Client IGEL reset the thin client( terminal to factory default property settings

Hallo,
We have problem with Thin Client type IGEl, the employee who are on
vacation for two weeks have problem to connect to Citrix server, when
thin client are reset to factory default property settings, and
configure again then it work good.
Have somebody experience with this issues.
