According to MS doc's you can put either the IP or Netbios name.

I had this already except I have the IP address harcoded instead. Would =

Quite likely you need to manually hardcode in the registry the path for =
=3D
your TS license server.  The reason it was working until now is that you =
had
=3D the 90 day grace period to set the server up.  Essentially, your =
servers =3D
were likely never communicating with the license server.  Search MS or =
Thin
=3D for instructions on manually setting the license server.  The =
registry key
