I had this already except I have the IP address harcoded instead. Would it
make a difference ?

Quite likely you need to manually hardcode in the registry the path for =
your
TS license server.  The reason it was working until now is that you had =
the
90 day grace period to set the server up.  Essentially, your servers =
were
likely never communicating with the license server.  Search MS or Thin =
for
instructions on manually setting the license server.  The registry key =
is:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\TermService\Parame=
ters
]
"DefaultLicenseServer"=3D"YourLicenseServer'"
