If they then launch Outlook and switch back to Excel the printer is gone. Both the apps are running on the same server and are being run through the web interface. I've noticed that session sharing doesn't appear to be work. Each time an app is lunched it runs the logon script again and appears to start its own session. Anyone had this or have any ideas why it would do this? For example a person logs on and prints in the morning. Later they go to print from Excel and the printer is missing. Observations: 1) Users always first report this from Excel. It seems they always notice this when they go to print from Excel although the printer is gone for all apps. 2) Only users of autocreated printers are complaining of this problem. Users that have network printers don't have any issues. 3) Closing out of the Citrix session and then logging back in always seems to fix the problem. I'm running PS4 A on Win2K SP4. I am running most current hotfixes including PSE400W2KR01. Matthew Shrewsbury, MCSE+Internet MCSE 2000 CCA Server+ Network Manager
