run dsverify on a server.
also, there is a utility which resets an admin id by accessing the datastore
blob directly.... I've no idea where you find this, but I know it exists...

Hi all, I've got a Citrix Farm that suddenly won't take my username and
password.
The servers are NT 4 TSE + MetaFrame 1.0 (No FRs). Yes, I know the first thing
you'll say is "upgrade", and I am in the process of
moving to Windows 2003 and PS 3.0. However, I still need the old NT 4 farm for
a couple of weeks.
Is there a way to log in to the CMC with a default username or maybe reset my
account information?
None of the Admins can log in. Something must have gotten corrupt. Users are
able to log in to the farm, so it's still working somewhat fine.
