Is there a way to know why a user gets kicked out of a Terminal desktop? I would like to have a tool or way to know for sure if it is something at the server or server's connection or at the user's machine or connection. Is there such a product to log that type of occurrence? People travel and are remote so they always call and say they got kicked out, but we always assume it is the ISP, but is there a way to know for sure? Also, we will suddenly get calls that it is slow and there is no apparent reason why. Is there a way to see why it is slow or who is causing it to be slow to the user? We use a VPN connection and Terminal Server in MS 2003 server environment. Thanks, Linda
